WW 2 British Commando Fairbairn Sykes Fighting Knife WW 2 British Commando Fairbairn Sykes Fighting Knife

Specifications:
Knife Description This is a third pattern ringed handle. The base of the handle near the guard has a broad arrow marking over the number 6. The handle bears a casting mark near the top of 1. The guard is marked England. The blade appears unused, but has some staining near the tip on both sides, which appears to be from storage in the sheath for 60+ years. There is a light scratch on one side of the blade about 2 inches long, the scratch is so thin it looks like a needle dragged the line. The sheath is missing the elastic keeper and has a Y marking on the back. The tip is a blued metal tip, the blueing has some staining. Overall the knife is in excellent condition.
